I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had very bad decoration, but the bed was surprisingly comfortable and gigantic. The terrace added a nice touch to the room. The service was decent with a German speaking staff member at the reception desk; housekeeping was satisfactory and they helped with tours and tickets. The location was excellent, being very close to the train station for easy access to Cinque Terre. However, the dining options were lacking, but I did enjoy the guava jam provided.
